Zombie Swine Flu. Hoax or Real?

The first thing I read this, I got so fcking freaked out! OMFG! Is this for real or wht? Fck shit!
Then I went to google more about it and I got more confused. 
coz I don't know if it's hoax or not. Look at this search result of 'Zombie Swine Flu' from google. Alot of people is stating that it's just a hoax spread all over with twitter. I went to the WHO | World Health Organization website and I have not found anything which says something like the below on the website:
"WHO officials reported that after two hours after the initial death of a zombie swine flu victim, the H1Z1 virus can restart the heart of a person who will quickly behave in “extremely violent ways” due to a mixture of brain damage and an unknown chemical released into the victim’s blood during his resurgence."
